檢查井模具是按照對(duì)于工程要求制作的混凝土檢查井定制的，大部分的檢查井模具采

用圓形結(jié)構(gòu)，此外還有部分矩形的樣式，規(guī)格差異比較大，但是每兩塊鋼板之間的整

體結(jié)構(gòu)都比較緊湊。在進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)的時(shí)候，模具展現(xiàn)了很好的穩(wěn)定性，沒有發(fā)生偏移等

情況，整體進(jìn)行操作的時(shí)候十分方便，生產(chǎn)出混凝土檢查井的成品率比較高。一般根

據(jù)各個(gè)工程的需求的不同，檢查井模具的規(guī)格也大小不太相同。

我們廠現(xiàn)在經(jīng)常生產(chǎn)的一種類型就是模具的長度在一米，鋼板厚度在五毫米。為了保

證模具的表面擁有更好的堅(jiān)固性，我們還焊接有寬度五公分左右的鋼筋板作為支撐，

這樣在澆筑混凝土的時(shí)候，模具不會(huì)出現(xiàn)崩裂等情況，性比較高。以前我們?cè)谑?/p>

用檢查井鋼模具進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)的時(shí)候，需要通過人工進(jìn)行搬運(yùn)以及振搗，但隨著我們現(xiàn)在

工具的增多，我們可以使用吊車設(shè)備以及振動(dòng)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行這些操作。使用機(jī)械進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)

還能夠保證混凝土能夠?qū)⒛＞邇?nèi)部整體填充充實(shí)。

The manhole molds are customized according to the concrete manhole made

according to the engineering requirements. Most of the manhole molds adopt

circular structure. In addition, there are some rectangular styles with

large specification differences, but the overall structure between each

two steel plates is relatively compact. During production, the mold shows

good stability without offset. The overall operation is very convenient,

and the yield of concrete inspection well is relatively high. Generally,

according to the different needs of various projects, the specifications

of inspection well molds are also different.

One of the types that our

factory often produces now is that the length of the mold is one meter and

the thickness of the steel plate is five millimeters. In order to ensure

that the surface of the mold has better firmness, we also weld a

reinforced plate with a width of about 5cm as the support, so that the

mold will not crack when pouring concrete, and the safety is relatively

high. In the past, when we used the inspection well steel mold for

production, we needed to carry and vibrate manually, but with the increase

of our tools, we can use crane equipment and vibrating platform to carry

out these operations. The use of machinery for production can also ensure

that the concrete can fill the interior of the mold as a whole.
