一、應(yīng)用范圍及用途：(Application)

tic products 該機適用于各種人造、天然、合成橡膠、多種塑料及其它韌性材料的粉劑生產(chǎn)，特別適用于各種廢舊橡膠邊料的磨粉回收再利用。根據(jù)制品要求，滲入比例各有不同，不但不會降低制品的質(zhì)量，相反可提高制品的防勞性、耐磨性和散熱性，既可降低成本，更可提高經(jīng)濟效益。

This machine is suitable for artificial, natural, synthetic rubber, plastics and other ductilematerial powder processing, especiallyfor all kinds of waste rubber scraps which can be recycled by grinding into powders. The powder can be added in different proportion according to requirements of the final product, making the products much stronger, wear resistant, better heat dispersion and lowering the production cost and achieving economic efficiency by using the powder which ground by the rubber grinder.

除以上膠粉可混入橡膠制品外，膠粉又是某些建筑材料和防水材料的添加劑，國內(nèi)外還將膠粉和瀝青混合，用于高速公路鋪設(shè)路面，也可與塑料混合生產(chǎn)橡塑制品。

In addition to the use in the rubber product manufacturing industry, the rubber powder can be applied as additive for some building materials and water proof products. The rubber powder and bitumen mixture is also widely used in the highway construction both at home and abroad, furthermore, the rubber powder mixed with plastics can be used to make rubber plastoo.

二、結(jié)構(gòu)和原理：(Structure and principle)

該機由操作控制柜、磨粉主機、風(fēng)機、旋風(fēng)集塵器、關(guān)風(fēng)機、粉末輸送管、震動分離器等組成。磨粉主機由機架、主電機、無級變速電機、送料機構(gòu)、調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)及磨盤等構(gòu)成。其基本原理為通過兩個磨盤的相對運動，將物料剪切、碾磨而達(dá)到粉碎之目的。采用風(fēng)、水冷卻有效控制粉碎溫度，確保被粉碎物料之質(zhì)量。送料機構(gòu)選用無級變速，可根據(jù)不同的物料，調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)的進(jìn)料速度，從而達(dá)到的產(chǎn)品要求。

The rubber grinder consistsof safety operation cabinet, main grinder components, blower,cyclone dust collector, airlock, powder conveyor pipe, vibrating separator, etc. The main component is composed of support , main drive motor, stepless speed motor, conveyor mechanism, adjusting mechanism, grinding wheels, etc. The basic working principle is that the two wheels move oppositely to cut and grind the materials into powders with air ,water cooling system to control the grinding temperature to ensure the grinding quality. The feeding mechanism adopts the stepless speed transmission which can change the speed as per the feeding materials to optimize the final product.

送料機構(gòu)將物料強制送入粉碎室，在高壓作用下剪切與研磨相結(jié)合的原理，通過風(fēng)、水冷卻，控制粉碎室的溫度，確保被粉物料之質(zhì)量。再通過風(fēng)機風(fēng)力的作用將粉碎成粉的粉劑經(jīng)過輸送管道送入旋風(fēng)集塵器，再進(jìn)行震動分離送入貯存袋。
